who serves foreclosure papers
How can I get help for mortgage fraud. Find a lawyer when a person is poor?

I do not know where to find assistance. My son, who is a developmental disability has been disappointed to sign the mortgage documents on a total of four homes over $ 1 million $. There was a lot of credit, but was only slightly more than minimum wage working in a store, when she answered an advertisement in a Chicago newspaper saying he could make money by helping people with bad credit get a house. He was so naive as to believe that. Now, the four houses are in foreclosure and have nowhere go. We live near Chicago. How could give to someone who makes so little money? Does anyone know where to find help? It was served with papers. We are retired and not can not help much.

Personally I contacted the district attorney. Must be able to file criminal charges, you or your child, would not pay for it. We pay through taxes to protect people like her son, I'm sure will be happy to skip all that.
