What type of lawsuit can be filed against a company that has scammed you?
First, I think my father was cheated by a company intended to help talk to your lender to avoid foreclosure and mitigate and other things. It paid a lot of money with them promising to be reimbursed the money if you can not help my father. It was a year and nothing happened, we have a very difficult time with them and on the rare occasions when we do talk to someone, many differences. I do not know how to make this not written a letter of complaint to the first company that my father cheated. I do not know if it matters, but if we threaten me to prosecute them? And there's even a petition may be presented for subsequent reimbursement of the money back from my father? HELP! Only serious answers please!
