washington mutual foreclosure payments

April 27th, 2009 by admin

If I go into foreclosure will remain a lein against me?

I have a first and a second loan. I called a lender that wants me to be selling rather than a foreclosure because he said the second remains a lein against me, even after losing the house (that is with Washington Mutual). Is this true? I lost my job and can not make the payments, and can not sell because the value has appreciated to $ 250,000 and my mortgage totaling $ 400,000. I thought the they are secured by the property, not for my life.

Damn! Sucks you! Giving Obama a letter. Yes, the mortgages will remain with you until who have paid or sold to another person.
