How many times a home to go to the selling price? Executions in particular?

My husband and I are on a bank owned home. Only we see that a bid by tonight, but we learned that several offers have been put in. It was much better than the other houses that have examined in this price range. We use a loan Goes well, so it's a negative I suppose if any of the other bidders have money. The bank claimed 55,000 to say 56,600. It is common for foreclosed homes for go to the selling price? Or maybe we have a chance? I'm trying to get my illusions, because if something seems too good to be true then it probably is. Everything we know is that there are other bidders. What are the opportunities offered as part of the cost of implementation? This is the first time you buy a house, and we have no intention even look at a foreclosure because they said they are more difficult to obtain, but did not know until we got there. I think I'm a little hope to get an idea of what to expect. Thank you!

when buying bank owned homes that still offer the sale price. Here the problems are 1. Others took home because the agent did not like the real mortgage our people 2. we could not get home because the roof would not be eligible for a loan (50,000 and offered once our loans have declined in some people, who bought 35,000 species) 3. they always tell you what is just bid on a house 4. Please going to get this house, try to get another. 5. consider the amount of money you have to spend on repairs that most of the houses on the shore are sold "as is ".
