va foreclosures for sale
tenant left me two months ago. The new tenants are 2 mnths back, I just received the November rent …?

December Payment I put 4 mnths back now. If the property is close, you can record the income received? "I can not collect the rent in December, knowing that are likely to carry mortgages, although it has not yet begun. Or if I try to sell is, I can have the rent. I'm in VA, has owned the property for 13 years. Ultimately I need to September, October, November and December I can pay in September (and they just received their first true November), but that still leaves in October, November and December will be I can pay my own income to make up its late and I'm not going to make another payment of those sums for some time. In the event of foreclosure or short sale to me, I'm not legally responsible if I rent, but can not give the mortgage company, but they do not want to give back to them, and that means living there without paying rent. A While back, then, this disorder is not entirely his fault.

Whatever you do, you need to rent for the time he still belongs. I think and yet not be able to collect all rent arrears
