What are all the legal ramifications of foreclosure investment property?

We have 2 units of investment we can not sell and can not make the payments a. If you exclude them, what are the consequences? The bank may come after us the difference a Once the sale? Can they come after our house? Should we hire a lawyer for nothing or simply walk away and let the continued exclusion. We realize that remain on our credit for 7 years, but do not want to declare bankruptcy. Thank you for your responses information!

Hiring a lawyer as soon as possible. Walking away is never, never a good idea. RE your own home: you probably need a lawyer for that. In general, it depends on who owns why. For example, your own home could be owned by yourself, and other properties LLC or other entity.
