Do you think the housing market is as bad as they say it?

I doubt it, is all the houses are all really the shit that I see for foreclosure here .. and we're supposed to be a foreclosure higher state. There has always been the buyers who bought a house for repair and there is also a lot of fixing and bail, and those who just paid a lot. I think the biggest problem is that the media play as a "crisis" reducing home values and people not buy anything, so that everyone can protect themselves against ourselves for more rules, regulations and now. Think it was fair to put more oversight on mortgage loans and undocumented. Do not look too bad here, because they are still .. Maybe I'm blind or need the medicine of paranoia, I do not know what …:}

Television and Newspapers, in fact, every means to make money when you can pretend that things are "worse than I was." Thus, the storm Snow in progress, or drought, or economics, or anything that is still played as bad as they can.
