Why are the people who make home loans get so mad when you go shopping?
I heard one of my friendsreal estate loans> go completely insane every time your customers buy the loans. What do these lenders only expect to trust someone when they say.
I make loans housing so that I can shed some light (although I'm not going ballistic) – there is much work to give someone a preclearance we must run the credit (which pay) and debt to income and the figure of loan to value, etc etc. Of all the charges in a good faith estimate that can mean the control of tax rates for your property, getting insurance courses, etc. Its a bit of free labor for someone who is "really not sure" that are even willing Shopping. We are so busy with serious buyers when you ask someone you see 4 or 5 questions that the mortgage companies just do not know that we take time to resell. It really does not matter to someone buying is just a lot of work for nothing. (Only serious!). These people usually tell me their good faith and I'll see if I can do best.
