mortgage application process?
Hello guys. Just twiddling my thumbs a little minute! Looking to buy a new home. If an offer in principle and a survey around mid-December. Made copies to counsel and nothing seems to have happened since! Whats next step might be? How long does it normally take for an official loan offer? Cheers, Andy
If you're in the UK, it normally takes about 3 months, if all goes well and that you or the seller are not in the chain AA. Sometimes you have to push along the lawyer to get answers on them. Good Luck
