foreclosure auction of care …. I do not think the auctioneer!?

I attended a foreclosure auction CDER Los Angeles last month and now I am deeply sorry. We have a problem controlling what the auctioneer said the auction of the property we have waited and won, and what he told us later. They said I have no evidence that the auctioneer said that day and because it can cost us about $ 10K, if we leave the offer. Therefore, I want to know how to tell if someone who attended the auction on May 19 at the Convention Center and the registration of the auction? How do I know if a journalist of any magazine or TV channel on the tape the auction that day? I do not say this, but do not think the auctioneer, but the auction company is well known and could be a long time ago. They always think they are there to take your money and they are not your friends, you're on your own. They will not stand for you and not copied from the safety of what they said. Be very careful.

You not like that answer, but you have no luck. I'm sure there was a booklet, and probably even a time to inspect the property. Somewhere in the brochure small print, is a warning that what is in the booklet is all that is considered binding. That the auctioneer said it makes no difference even if you find something on the tape.
