Foreclosure HELP!?

After stop making my mortgage payment How long does it take to go foreclousure. My Mortgage is with Ocwen and will do nothing to help me whenever I call when calls are answered in a customer service center outside the country. What should I do?

You will be directed to officers directly to the collections (800) 446-2936, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 11:00 PM, Friday 8:00-6:00, Saturday 9:00-4:00 pm and Sunday 5:00-9:00 ET. If this is a case of financial difficulties, most lenders have housing programs depends on you. It is never a good idea to simply leave to make payments on your home. The answer to how long before foreclosure depends mainly on your state, but I think overall, I think you can start the execution mortgage after 30 days. I want to continue trying to contact them. Send what you can send something in writing. It's hard to believe that do not communicate with you, however. They have a department of mitigation that could perhaps help a forbearance agreement if they describe their difficulties. Good luck!
