I want to write a letter to my association obliged to ask to be allowed to rent my condo?.
I have my condo on the market currently 4 months with no chance of selling it. My husband and I were to hire a friend of ours, but we received a letter from the association Condo stating that we were not in compliance with the regulations by which we can not rent the unit. We now have a house and a hefty mortgage, the mortgage and condominium association fee is $ 875 per month that we can not afford much longer. We want to ask if we could our new rent to take some financial burden off us as the market recovers. Can anyone provide a sample letter or a suggestion? Thank you in advance, Kari
Good luck with that! You already signed a contractor you would no rent. You'll be lucky if they do not pursue you and take everything you have.
