What are the rights of tenants when renting property owner is in the public auction foreclosre

the Los Tenants pay rent to the landlord. landlord does not inform them that the property is in foreclosure and auction haveing put a sign on your door. What can do, or what are their rights?

The state and local laws governing your situation. Google your state + "tenant rights" of closure. is a process of selling a home, and like any other sale, lease survives the new owner. The new owner can keep or not to you. The new owner (the bank) will begin the eviction process, once the home. Why? Because the Bank will focus on the sale, not being an owner for you. The bank does not want to be in the company of management of these properties, and is not responsible for repairs and maintenance. So evicted. Your state law dictates how is played.
