Refinancing, but to close my credit line?
I want to refinance my current mortgage (from Wells), but they make me want to close my credit line on the banks of the United States. Can you do this to me. Check the current mortgage is 5.875 solution for 30 years. Just watch a better rate! Having a line of credit from the bank of the United States to 400K. No money has been withdrawn on. The balance is zero. Wells wants to close the bench of the U.S. credit before refinancing. Is this legal? Industry Standard? and new rules because the mortgage break? Thank you
