Preparation Course
For Thomas Lloyd, the process of obtaining the new real estate mexico degree began by a preparatory course at the University La Salle. The process was new, so that universities and organizations have a clear understanding of issues or exactly which areas covered by the tests. The room offers a course of 80 hours, with a diploma. The preparation of La Salle is a requirement of three years experience.
A general plan has been distributed to universities like La Salle, who in turn was distributed to candidates registered and paid their filing fees. The diploma, which includes text study guidelines, lasted several months, with all courses weekend, lasting from early morning until evening. In The workshop examined the different areas of the real estate profession, including marketing = "_blank"> Mexico property, the right real destination tax accounting. Topics covered in the class are:
- To understand the factors of supply and demand for real goods and services.
- For classification of property use (In addition to the regulation of the use of land use)
- Know the functions of the area of sales.
- For understand the methods of acquisition of property rights
- Know the certification process and non-probate
- Understanding the classification of contracts for various real estate transactions
- Understand the concepts of internal rate of return, present value and future value.
The implementation of the review
On the eve of trial, Thomas went to Cancun relax. He was in a hotel across the street where the tests were applied, and it was too early to be rested and fresh for the next morning.
Apart from what had been studied in the context of the preparation, the review includes also the administration, economy and finance, among other aspects of target = ""> _blank Estate in Mexico. The test had a within five hours and consisted of 177 multiple choice questions divided into 8 sections. Breaks were allowed, under restrictions and clear conditions following the guidelines for formal review. The test is administered in strict compliance with guidelines to ensure that issues have not been revealed before the exam date to ensure reliability and professionalism.
There were 16 cities throughout Mexico, where the test was applied, Morelia, Cancun, Mazatlan, Zacatecas, Puebla, Cuernavaca, Veracruz, Ciudad Juarez, Tijuana, Toluca, Guadalajara, Mexico City metropolitan area, Queretaro, Puerto Vallarta, Monterrey. Similarly, the test is applied in all cities simultaneously, coordinated examinations distributed with time, for the same reasons mentioned above.
