Hello I am getting now in the real estate investment?

I took classes by Russ Whitney and mentor of my license. I was wondering if anyone in Cleveland Area, OH was taken by Russ Whitney and how it started. I was looking for in bulk. Has anyone had luck with this?

I'm not a big fan Russ Whitney but I know that wholesale is not working and that can become very, very successful at it. It's pretty easy to start selling wholesale, the seller reasoned conclusion is the real challenge. In Cleveland, can not be so hard to find a motivated seller as is desirable in an area of the country, but again you need a buyer or investor is willing to buy.
