How can I imagine what will be left to close out my 401k early?

It is approx. $ 50K or less in the 401k and I am well before retirement (I 31). Never undertook to close the 401k, but I was presented with a possible opportunity to buy a house 2. The house I am now I would like to hire and cover all expenses and I would go to another. I see this as taking the 401k and investment in real estate if I would be willing to earrings to this place. What is everyone's thoughts and aprrox I have left after being raped in taxes and clean the dust? Thanks for your help!-Chip

Can you make both payments if you have a tenant who does not pay? You shall be liable for about 40%, or about $ 20k. I must say, that sounds like a bad investment. My friend is having her second home closed for the only situation you describe.

Then again you may not. The Goonies, like Donner’s other movies, is the same story of good versus evil. It has its share of bad…
