Wilmington, DE 15. Youngstown, OH 16. Utica, NY 17. Las Vegas, NV (not Paradise, NV) 18. El Paso, TX 19. Kansas City, MO 20. Buffalo, NY 21. Baltimore, MD 22. Memphis, TN 23. Los Angeles, CA 24. Saginaw, MI 25. Ashland, KY T-25. Dayton, OH Milwaukee should be there too. No, I have two of Indiana. Look again. All of Michigan are obvious choices from my experience of some others, I was a / c like Gary, Newark area St. Loius, etc. Toledo, Ohio, and Las Vegas, I am amazed and so can not comment on the rest. I think going by the criteria of the list and do not know the other cities in Michigan closely everything is possible, eh?
