Is it legal for an agent that allow customers to bid on two houses to get a better deal?

We had a bid in our hometown and know our neighbor had an offer from a single pair. And if we have accepted your offer is too much? Also, when asked on the filing in its bid to get to 500, but do not check with them.

It may be legal, but certainly unethical, and the report of the real estate agent with local boards of property agents. And I forbid the agent of the house. If everyone had accepted the offer as written, there are two binding contracts. But if one has made any change in supply, then the first offer was turned off and you were rec-offer could be accepted or rejected by the Purchaser. So perhaps not a high probability of two valid contracts birth, but a real possibility. It is not uncommon for the submission of a deposit to be in the form of a memorandum of decision that must be paid within 5 days. And would accept not providing the money with only 500 million seriously, unless they were to increase the acceptance of deposits. Buy yourself a good real estate attorney.
