Is it crazy to buy a house as a rental property in another state?
Basically, I live in New York and had considered purchasing a two-family house to rent in another state like PA or CT, where prices are much cheaper for a house and therefore taxes. Anyone have any experience with that? Is this something you might regret? Any advice? I would like to read about people who have the skills to really do this and not just an opinion of someone which is not even an owner of real property. Thank you.
People do it all the time. Make sure you have a good manager to see your house. Good luck!
