Queensland Real Estate: Best places to live?

For those who live (or lived) in Queensland, apart from Gold Coast, Coolangatta, Tweed Heads, Redcliffe, Scarborough, Bribie Island, Caloundra, Maroochy, Noosa, Coolum Beach, Hervey Bay, Mackay, Rockhampton, Brisbane, Moreton Bay (and all following suburbs in their regions, namely, the suburban area in the Gold Coast, for example) that are the best neighborhoods to live in Queensland (which also includes other suburbs i havent mentioned, but most cities are the ones I wanted to pay more attention to the most)? Explain your reasons as Well? What are the worst? I am more than one type of person beach, for those who are in the beach area is good for me. You can make your responses based on location of the most beautiful beach, the crime rate, things to do, PPL friendly lifestyle in the community, etc. combined. So who are the most expensive suburbs of large /? Finally, also, in which the jellyfish are on the table (ie, which is further south, are you?) Thanks

I currently live in the Gold Coast and charms. I live in a suburb called Coomera and is one of the most Significant growth of SE Qld. The Gold Coast is the best of both worlds, is almost kms of beach and Surfers Southport If you prefer the excitement and noise, but the interior is my favorite. There suburban interior, including Coomera. The interior has a few of the many beautiful aspects Highlights included Mt Tambourine and O'Reilly, but are too numerous to list. I've lived here 2 years and still find fun things to do. I found people here are very friendly and there is a real mix of people who lived here all their lives and who have moved here. The Gold Coast also has excellent shopping and entertainment. So if you want to eat Outside there is any kind of food you can imagine. The more expensive neighborhoods, I would say is Sanctuary Cove. Think billionaires … but it's worth going just to see if you have the opportunity to GE. There are many beaches of the Gold Coast is much choice really! I also lived in Rockhampton, is a pleasant city with a country slowed the pace of life. Rockhampton is also near the beach with the election of Yeppoon and Emu Park. Although you will not find much surf. Rocky Rockhampton or short distance is a good place if there is not much to do and the summers are hot stinky! So if you do not like the heat and moisture, which no doubt elsewhere! Nice Vicinity Rockies are in the scope and Mount Archer. As for the jellyfish, I'm not sure to what extent going south, but I know they have on the beach at Yeppoon. before they have been in Maroochydore on the sunny side. Looks like a nice place like the Gold Coast, but certainly not as developed. Hope this helps. Best Wishes
