Flip houses?

just outta college have no debt and a line of credit. Do you have a job that pays 31k to start. I pay my debt use my credit line to buy (items:) a house. My plan is to live with my parents to save money while Workin on my project or enter the house to buy and make repairs as possible. Ive been laying a ground work 4 years, and my grandfather owned a coating soil, so we get the equipment on the cost and labor is not a problem … basically my question is, what would you do if you were me? / What courses could take over the housing ect. I want to do and I want input, suggestions, advice etc warning. Ive showed a similar issue less detailed and has achieved some good results (with some poor countries) .. TV shows look so easy, why do I sing? Cheers … all answers welcome.

1) No Flipping simple. For each type that is the case, 50 no. 2) Do research on the area you want invest in this sector on all orders of your destination city, meet all the people in the planning and permit departments, and understand all issues policies that may arise through (cons citizens through reconstruction, etc..) 3) Get your real estate license (broker is better, but much more difficult) and go to work with an agent that will teach you the tricks of the trade business. "4) For the management side of the Building society, not only "offices". Being in the trade will get the respect for workers, but knowing how to plan the construction or renovation is what will make money. 5) Be prepared for a lot of hard work and stress begin. Being a real estate can be very rewarding, but not easy.
