What premium exaclty an "agent" in real terms?

If the agent is already getting a cut of the commission, then, What is the bonus?

Agent of the premium is usually paid to the selling agent, the office of the top of the Commission agreed. In the market Buyers of one with many similar homes in similar price range, this bonus is an extra motivation for the "buyers agent" to boost property a little more difficult than others. Or of course, the listing agent motivation to push even more for this particular house. I'm not saying that's the right way to go, but why it is done.
