Staten Island – neighborhoods to avoid?

I moved to Staten Island soon, and I'll go on real estate. What advice would you Stay away from neighborhoods?

Mariners Harbor, New Jersey Street, parts of Arlington, and most crimes are infested Stapleton. Stapleton Heights (Is an entirely different, beautiful Victorian homes). Arden Heights is located near the Fresh Kills landfill, the most important the world, and a strong (in every sense) candidate for stinking. Personally, I like Butler Manor (although some parts are prone to flooding), Great kills, and Randall Manor. If you have a lot of money, look at Shore Acres Emerson Hill, Todt Hill and. Grym Hill is very nice, but at certain times of the day where the two schools are located there, let the streets get clogged. While one above that says stay away from the ferry terminal, many areas of San Jorge is good, although parking sucks. Much of Tottenville is very attractive, but very remote, being the southernmost part, not only on Staten Island but also in New York. Some parts of the island are oversized by developers they have cure, but how many ugly houses that can enter a property that was once a colonial house single room 18. Woodrow is an excellent example. If Arden Heights and some of New Dorp, and South Beach can be treated this way. In addition to a dump mentioned earlier, you do not want to live near the edge of Staten Island, Bayonne Bridge, as there is radioactive contamination in the region, left on the Manhattan Project. For a look at what is available property, new or whatever, visit our website www.silive.com local newspaper. There are 62 named communities in Staten Island. Am sure you find one that you want.
