Moving to Seattle! What are good areas to live?

I will be transferring to the University of Washington. 25, single and online research condominium today. Where do you recommend to live? Anything you can suggest? I'm looking in Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford and online. Not are not sure of the Queen Anne, downtown Seattle and West Seattle. This would be a bit of a drive to U-District. seeking pleasant space with nature, water, if possible for MTN. I prefer nightlife area too. Please help. I am in contact with an agent, but I wanted the opinions of the pious life there. I love dance, gymnastics, hiking, travel. Although the facility may have more options. I am very excited! Help me

Those areas are looking good if you can afford. Apartments in Seattle are expensive – is one of the few cities the United States, where home prices have not declined over the last 2 years. Getting a place with all the things you want to in the range of 400-500,000 dollars for a decent sized condo. Wallingford is very close to UW and much of what is the future, it would be a good place to watch closely. There are also some apartments in Ravenna and close to Green Lake to adapt very well, and Congress has some neighborhoods large (and is not exclusively gay, despite his reputation). Other areas you mention are more distant from the university, and If you are a student of Washington University in West Seattle, which has some great houses and neighborhoods, is a long walk. The Queen Anne and Belltown (center) are expensive compared to other areas.
