REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT? Is this a scam? Has anyone tried this stuff?

So my wife and I were watchin TV and I saw a program at John Becks "foolproof system of real estate." We were thinking about buying the product after all, not a lot of information how to get started for only $ 40. One of our friends have said they have purchased this product, not "does not work." When asked why he could not give a clear answer. So that leads me to believe that they were not looking, or not without effort it.Has never tried any products from Beck? If so, what do u think? Has anyone ever tried a product like this with real estate investors who say they can teach? As Robert Kiyosaki, Russ Whitney, John Beck, etc..? I know people out there who have been in seminars and classes in real estate and bought the products they offer. If it did, have U been successful? WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU, especially if you have had a successful purchase of these classes and products for purchase transactions. Tell me who and what works (or does not work) for you!

The only person who succeeds in this Beck John. Sells for money with you and other systems that only 000,001% of the population could do the job. Also, that honey .. $ 40, this is only the beginning …. The next thing you know, you're getting calls saying that he was elected as a special student in your system and have a Next seminars to teach you more insider tips, and you only have to pay $ 2,500 to attend! Lucky you! Meanwhile, in the room boiler, with a team of shark calling every other sap who ordered this system on TV at night thinking it was the owner of a home free and clear for $ 100 .. LOL and telling them they are elected … one of the few who can learn tips from insiders, even if you go to a seminar. Look, John Beck and google the word RIP OFF. You'll have to read a lot of frustration and dissatisfaction of people with him and every other player who has a business operates Late Night TV as if he could do what he says he did. And then if you are burning $ 40, order, and trying to find the tip of it to see if they can find property that owes back taxes and buy and waltz for pennies on the dollar .. I bet a penny you would like your friend who gave the order, but to show why not ..
