Is there a service that will send an e-mail if a specific address is entered into the MLS database?
I’m interested in receiving notification when a specific address (house number included) comes on the market. I know MLS databases (the western regional one is called RMLS) are the most comprehensive source of listings with a real estate agent. Ideally this service would permit me to input more than one specific address. Does something like this exist, or do I need to work with a broker to get this?
I think you need to work with an agent. They can approach the owner and ask if they would be thinking of selling. We can do a lot of things for our clients that they would not think of or cannot or are unwilling to do. Get an agent and try.
