My husband and I want to buy a condo in Puerto Vallarta, but I trust to help me? I am a Realtor in southern Cali, so I just need help finding what they seek primarily by e-mail. Is there anyone out there can help me get started? My husband, a national Mexican, and I want to buy a condo in Puerto Vallarta. Power-on tell me who I can trust or where to go?

I cna't, but I warn you to be cautious. If you're American, you can not buy there. Only Mexicans can buy. In general, Americans give money to Mexican and the house is on behalf of Mexico. You may be called Ower party after the fact, but still part of legaling own home. As you can imagine, it puts you up to be very vulnerable to Freud. There is nothing I can do about it either, the Mexican government will not help.
