New realtors…financial assistance?

I am enrolling in real estate school for the 2nd time. I graduated the first time in 2008 but hit a brick wall when I realized how much money I needed to sign on with an agency. Between the temporary active license application fee, post licensing course, permanent license fee & association fees, I simply couldn’t produce enough cash to begin my new career.

Are there any financial aid programs that specialize in assistance for real estate professionals?

i sure have good news for you. YOU are visualizing the old way of getting your first license.

let me share with you a MUCH easier way–

a; find a real estate broker who is an independent who has a DESK FEE OF $25-35 AND
and who will let you be a buyer’s agent and not force a membership with NAR
[national Assn of Realtors on you!.]

thus, with probably a 2 yr time frame to pay for the license–
on the phone, interview with ONLY INDEPENDENT RE agencies,
find one in the range I described and who won’t require NAR [as a buyer's agent]
and then you will only need to pay for 2 things; your first license with a 2 yr
duration [that is the norm] and maybe or may be not have to pa for
BOOT camp where you learn how to till out a purchase contract.
