I need to rent a lot for an architectural project?
I know nothing about real estate or construction codes of my region and I need help on where to start. im designing a training structure that will be important about 50 'wide, 25' deep and 20 'for the most. will be largely for timber. This is not a permanent structure, which is designed to be easily disassembled. though it will take several months to build a first step, it would only take a few days for reconstruction. I do not know if it is legal or it is likely that the owner of a vacant lot or a deposit not allow. I live in Oregon and I use an area of 100 miles or more from Portland if it helps.
discuss cooperation Multnomah Planning Commission and explain your project. If you can not help, try the adjacent counties, that restrictions may be a bit warmer. And unless the project is only baby (so to speak), then talk to your boss / teacher / teacher who leads this project. Good luck.
