To revoke any claim on Panama, the U.S. Columbia United States paid 25 million U.S. dollars 1921. And in 1936, the United States has waived its legal rights for their troops beyond the Canal Zone. Come Canal Panama WWII has become a strategic location for warships.

Today, the Panama Canal became one of the attractions. Real estate in Panama is now quite attractive.
