Are all partners in a real estate company in Virginia Realtors must be licensed?

I want to start a business Virginia estate with two other people. One of us will be a propeller realtor. Is this normal? Are there any resources out there that can help me plan this company? Thank you!

It is not requirement that owners of a company with a real estate license. However, there are certain things you should know. Even if a person can not be licensee interest in a property company, there are limits to the types of goods available to some dealers. Company means any person, licensed or not, may be a shareholder or director of a company. Generally, brokers may not be officers (President, Vice-President, etc..) Vendors who work in an enterprise can not be official. (However, sellers who are not active in the business can be official.) Partnerships: Vendors who are active in the company should members of associations. All partners must be non-dealers or agents. (A seller who is not active in the business may however be a partner.) Enterprises LLC: Vendors who are active in society may not be members (owners) of an LLC. (However, sellers who are not actively engaged in the business may be members of an LLC.)
