Palm Springs real estate prices are ridiculous !!!!?

where in the world are owners who wish to sell their house in desert communities back to reality? I can not believe that housing prices in the south and the central end of Palm Springs! Are they for real. And people are actually buying at these prices are ….. their heads examined! But in reality, these properties do not sell. I see the same houses advertised month after month. Wake home sellers Palm Springs!

Palm Springs is not the only place. Midwest and South Florida are the same way. After the hurricanes of the application of existing homes went through the roof. People started asking stupid money for their homes and the do. Now the market is flooded with homes that are too expensive just sitting there.
