I just take the test CA real estate and I want a good agency to call home. All suggestions welcome!

I am a new member fraternities proud of his brother and real estate agents in California. My only problem is the need to find a good real estate agent or a father with whom I can start my career. Looking for honesty, courtesy, preofessionalism, work ethic and no drama. I do not think this is asking too much, because they are qualities that will work personally in my career. I researched many websites, but I find it is difficult to differentiate between organizations and individuals. Suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help!

Congratulations on your Realtors passing the exam. Are rather unique position, because the agencies want, because they are 100% Commission. Whittle your search to a few options. If you have problems with this, the agents e-mail at random on the brokerage you are considering. Go to some open houses, see if you can find agents that are not occupied. Ask questions. Once you have your shortlist, interview in the office. Walking and talking with all you can. Some offices are very competitive environments, some have a plate of homemade cookies on the counter for all to share, and everything else. You want to ask, well course, divisions of the Commission. But beyond that, to know who pays what: education, business cards, stationery, postcards, ads, E & O insurance, license fees, transaction costs, signs, something that will affect their profitability. Some people will tell you that no matter begin because you can change the seat at any time, and you can. But I think it is important to choose wisely at first, because every change you lose customers and money. It is important to find a brokerage that matches their personality. Each brokerage is independently owned and operated, so it does not matter whose name is at the door. If the office does not work for you, you will not want to work and you will unfortunate.
