If a realtor is 1 / 4 of the commission, may also charge extra?

We were told by our realtor when he mentions that the property (as were the signing of the agreement and its cause) that your company commission of 6% (normal) and then the broker charges $ 75 more than that. Therefore, theoretically, your agency receives a 3% buyers agent and get 3%. The body is divided sellers 3% half and half of the listing agent Running, but also that the agent receives an additional $ 75 for us. Is it standard operating procedure? I'm in Lancaster PA. We think the resale w / another body, when the contract expires next month because of this lack (and communication from our agent…) Thanks!

It is common in many areas. But applies (as anything else) if it was a term of the notice. Broker is not likely that if the tax arises suddenly one day before closing. You can always go shopping for other staff.
