To become a real estate agent not only need to pass this course online? Or, after I pass?

person take an exam? I'm becoming a realtor in the State of Florida and I came across this "Cooke Real Estate School" I pay $ 249.00 for the training courses online and practice tests, then take an online final exam. He said once it reaches 70% or more, they send me something in the mail. So is everything I need then I have a license? or should I take another test with the state or something?

Before paying any money check with your real property committee of state to see what is required for licensing, if you have any questions? Call them!. This school can not even accredited school so that your course can be a real waste of money. In most states are required to be tested license given by the State who has a permit and complete a number of hours in class (online in some states). See the link below to more details
