Im thinking of going to Real Estate.?
I am a mother of 2 with one on the road. I stay at home while my husband works. It said in January that I take some online courses to work towards a form of title … I was thinking about real estate. I know that your hard work, if you made much money, but depends not only on me. I thought from part-time … then do what you can when children are in school really into it. (children 5 and 2 years now) You think it's a good idea, or should I look elsewhere? I know that the market is bad now … im looking just start slow anyway I'm so upset. And when the market does not pick up bad feel safer with what I'm doing. However, a good idea / bad?
Strange as it seems there may be an ideal time to start real estate. I say this because take several years to build their practice and things should be better by then. This decline has caused many workers to leave for some time, the introduction of competition. It requires just 40 hours of classes and exams. then you have a license and you need to find an agent to maintain it for you. This is a job you can do part time. You can open shelters in the beginning of other agents in his office as a means of meet potential buyers. Hours can be sometimes at night and on weekends, though. Do not expect customers want to see houses during the week of work during the day. If you show up at the right time with people then this could be a nice concert for you. I bet I could have a value of $ 20 – $ 30,000 in first year. It is not sufficient in itself, but might be a good 2nd income with potential for more.
