Who pays the real estate rental apartment in New York? The tenant or landlord?
I own and I recently rented a flat in a real estate agent. The tenant pays a month of security, first month's rent and last month rent of a lease for one year. My agent Real Estate last month's rent of my tenant the Commission. This means that I will not get last month's rent when the lease is up. Is this how it works I always thought that tenants in costs. In this case, I have to pay for it.
Sounds like the way it works in my local. Used agent. Did you think that the agent worked for free? Do not you wonder what the cost in advance? Of course, you pay for it.
