Yes, you can do two main functions of a real estate wholesaler yourself. And two main functions of any successful big is its ability to:
1.) Find the largest retail real estate belonging to motivated sellers
2.) Your ability to build a list of investor / buyer, people who continue to acquire all the capital goods which is under contract with motivated sellers!
These two main functions of wholesale can be done with only the wholesale own if they wish or may be subcontracted to others once the fat has built his business a bit bigger.
And here is why the second half of the answer NO, and why not a big big trading partners without being involved with their offers:
Wholesale trade is a people business! And there are several key players involved in a real estate deal. You need what I call the Power Team to help you and protect you while big!
The people of the "Power Team" all play a key role in what is called "Pipeline Deal. These are the key players in the team to pipeline to help this case:
Appraisers real estate attorney
Agents of the company hard money lenders Title
Your Web Master Realtors
Mortgage Brokers Contractors
Marketing Your contacts mentor (of course)
Insurance Agents
And every player in the hardware supply must be in tune with what the hell your performance as a wholesaler. So everybody can be part of your computer. wholesale firms is a bit unusual in terms of real estate investment goes.
