How to register pre-foreclosures and trustee sales in Los Angeles.?
I went to the office of County Registrars of week past, hoping to find information about the property they had notices of default recorded in them. So I went to the Estate Office here in the second floor and asked a clerk where to find properties that have been served with a notice of breach, but said he had to have an address before you can find Nod. I do not understand how it is supposed I have to know what properties have magically been in default. I told him I did not have all the addresses so they gave me a card visit a company that sells ads properties that were in default throughout Los Angeles. So how does this company get their information? This is what I try to understand. I do not want to spend money on information that I thought I could get for free! If anyone out there can tell me how I can do it myself research, would be eternally grateful. Thanks in advance.
There is a very good perspective of how a list of sites that provide information Lock to enter the real estate site: Find and http://mysite.verizon.net/dsarokin/xa/id4.html foreclosure pre-foreclosure properties, should be given everything you need.
