You know anything about property laws / rights of tenants?
My landlord has recently left for new tenants sign the contract to rent my apartment for next year. The problem is that I wanted to quit the lease and has even said that I wanted, but because Partners ligne room was not observed, was afraid that Flake and I gave it to someone else without giving me the opportunity to resign. Not knowing anything about California, real estate, but not I have here or anywhere else you can do to keep my condo?!?! Any help is greatly appreciated!
California is in line owners and tenants see below book Unfortunately, this is probably not the answer you want, but the fact that Roommates tail need not mean that all the owner has taken a decision based on their income. If your income only way you qualify for the condominium, you own is not legally obliged to wait while finding a way to be financially ie to find a qualified roommate. Your lease is in place and are no longer eligible for the condominium. It is financially smart to go with the sure thing. It has to run its management as a business, she can not make decisions based on emotion or would be a woman a good deal. Do not take it personal. I do not recommend and not pay through the expulsion ….. you could probably very difficult to find a beautiful place in the future. Just learn what you need to be 2 steps ahead of the owner at the time of hire. Even if you do not qualify, do not think it necessary to renew a contract lease. Good Luck …….. Sorry, I know moving sucks. Good Luck
