I need to find a real estate person…?

that can help work with a win win situation. I need them to work with the northern illinois MLS. I represent by owner clients, and I need to be able to pay someone a flat fee, no hidden fees, administrative fees and that junk. And the get listed on the mls, 6 mos, with pics. Let me know if you are out there and want to work with me or if you know where I could look for someone like this.
I already tried a google search, and I am saying I need to find a real estate person, so no I am not licensed.
I do not need to be licensed. I am not doing that I need to be licensed for. I am looking for someone to list houses on the MLS, these houses are for sale by owner. Nothing illegal here, and nothing that requires me to be licensed.

You need to find independant brokers who are willing, for a flat fee, to list your client’s property on the MLS. Get a list of brokers from the local National Association of Realtors in your area and e-mail them. To sweeten the deal, you can refer your client to the broker if they decide they want to use an agent and abandon the FSBO idea.
