I am newly licensed Real Estate and want to know where to start in Houston, TX.?

I have been in the industry property management for 12 years and have recently received my license to sell Real Estate. I try to understand where to start. I am currently a stay at home mother with a newborn, if you do not have the income to hang my license with a large corridor that receive commissions high. I think the location of the apartment, but as everyone can find on the Web these days do not know if there is money involved. I have some friends who are listed with brokers who charge fees or $ 75 per month, but no clues. Does someone known low-cost, good marketing ideas to generate leads? Thank you for any help!

If you know in business (brokers, which you say you know) I think it would be able to give you some clues. You really need to talk to people that their industry is in this business. And really, if our industry were the prime minister of 12 years, you've probably been a link. I would go with them and ask for them. Without the advantage of working in a house Brokerage, your prospects are few and far between. You really need this connection brokering. (I do not understand what you mean when you say no. Have the income the hand of his license with a grand hall. Most brokerage firms do not need anything other than buy their own safes unlocked their own signs, etc., then, of course, your commission split with them.)
