Arm Vs Gpm option?
Anyone breaking this type of mortgage? Sounds like a good loan for me? GPM OPTION VS arm? What would be the best in real estate for less!
There is no way to know without knowing more about you and your financial situation. How will use property matters. You live there or rent it. The income of your future, your cash reserves and ability to cope with future adjustments are all essential. If you are part of an RE market well and run the numbers on a bad RE market (which is never the opposite). You still got the loan in place if the market is not good? Have you chosen a different financial product? Is this a feature you could buy if you had to pay the fully amortized payment? Are you the research investment house or to speculate on the appreciation? All have their place. You only need to know why they buy and you will do if the future is same or different than expected. The bottom line is the correct answer depends on the person and property market. Some say that some products are bad news or a time bomb. Usually, they say there specific problems that must be fully aware before making the leap. Not all loans are equally good, but I would not say that a type of loan is bad for everyone in all situations. Note that I am a RE investor, investing more than 20 years in different markets and countries.
