I am interested in becoming a real estate agent. What are the advantages and disadvantages?

I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and my goal is work for me, and leave the business world. I understand that a lot of hard work, energy, competition and learn about the important people involved, I know that some very important people in the corner … But what do I get started in this area and what exactly is it? It's there I saw a lot of real estate?

I would say the advantages are the people you meet and the potential income given for honesty. The disadvantages are the pay is not a weekly thing.
