I am a new agency in Colorado, I must sign a non-compete clause that uses my broker?

I just found a job agent walking to work Collins, Colorado. They ask me to sign a stack of papers. One of them is a non-compete clause. I thought that meant that if I did not work for them one day, There may be competition, which means that even might be a Realtor, I am confused, which I sign and not sign? What should I pay attention? I make them sign anything? thank you!

Do not sign if you can help. Sometimes the company can be difficult. Some real estate agencies are very tired of training new players only to see those working for another 6 months later.
