What is the problem with foreclosure homes in Atlanta $ 50K?
I'm looking to try to hook some great deals on houses in downtown Atlanta, because frankly .. There are lots of them! I mean there are new houses that are sold a year or two ago up to $ 330K seized and are now around $ 50K. Yes, there is work required in each of them, but I want to know if anyone knows exactly what I need else here. It just seems absurd, what's the catch? Bankowned at this stage are recorded as legitimate and real estate companies. (And Yes, I am sad for those who lost their homes, but these houses are now sitting empty and abandoned). Thank you!
Work required in the houses empty and abandoned, it will require work, since you're probably acts of vandalism and the bank wants to get out quickly. Debt Check tax as well. Professional real estate vultures have probably already found the house and offered 25,000.00 cash in the bank and gave them a month to say that the bank sell-mortgage that has not been well informed about real estate and mortgage security has been greedy, and now stuck trying do the best that the actual price offered. A competent real estate division of the bank would have had a management company to obtain and maintain home and after eviction had rented at market price – which was little and now have much to do with the house of the trash that need repair and inspection cost another $ 50,000. The bank may also be interested in their financial and try to make a loan without interest or pay high fees additional for the transfer. Offer Thenm half the asking price for two weeks and cash to show a house with a roof at least.
