How can you obtain a licensed real estate agent in Central Florida?

I'm looking to get a license from a property agent in central Florida, but I'm not sure how to begin.

Taking classes, pay fees, take fingerprints and checking the history of others, and pass testing. Taa dah! You licensed as a seller. broker's license is a bit more complicated.
