What will the real estate agents charge commission if I buy a property in Perth, Australia?

Hi I am thinking about buying property in Perth, Australia .. I Know What real estate agent of the Commission will charge me? What is the application rate mortgage? Thanks

The person selling the property does not pay commission to the buyer. Application fees vary depending on the loan that you go with, mine was free, others pay up a K in expenses.
