Denver real estate market – Recovery is Eminent for 2007

A report from Standard & Poor's and economist Robert Schiller Yale University defines Denver Real Estate market is showing signs of recovery. This is based on survey results illustrating how the Denver Real Estate market has recorded an appreciation of 1.3 percent in home values between May and June 2007 and 0.8 per cent between June and July.

According to the study, appreciation Denver Real Estate Home peaked in February 2001 after a year 15% year assessment a year for the past decade.
